Grojunio: Skill Development Platform
I collaborated with two teammates to design and develop Grojunio, a website focused on enhancing the skills of students throughout Indonesia. This project was created for the "SMK Pusat Keunggulan Telkom" competition organized by Telkom-ITDRI, where our team earned second place. The platform was designed to provide students with a comprehensive collection of resources and tools to help them grow in both academic and personal skills, supporting their future careers and overall development.
Core Problem:
Many students across Indonesia lack access to interactive and accessible resources for skill development. The challenge was to create a user-centered platform that provides quality resources in an engaging, accessible, and easily navigable format. Grojunio needed to attract students with various interests and abilities, allowing them to learn at their own pace while feeling encouraged and supported by a visually engaging design.
Content:
User-Centered Interface:
Designed a welcoming, user-friendly layout that helps students quickly find resources based on their interests and needs.
Included clear navigation, intuitive icons, and vibrant visuals to make the platform accessible and engaging for students of all ages.
Interactive Learning Tools:
Integrated interactive features such as quizzes, skill-building exercises, and tutorials that allow students to practice and improve specific skills.
Offered educational videos and articles covering a wide range of topics to cater to diverse learning styles.
Community and Collaboration:
Added community features to enable students to share progress, ask questions, and interact with each other, fostering a collaborative learnaing environment.
Developed discussion boards and comment sections to support peer-to-peer learning and community engagement.
Responsive Design:
Ensured the platform was fully responsive, enabling seamless access from various devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
Performance Tracking:
Included a progress-tracking feature that allows students to set goals and monitor their learning achievements over time.
Business Outcome:
Grojunio has proven to be a valuable tool for Indonesian students, supporting their learning and skill development journey. The platform's accessible design and engaging features attracted a broad range of students, improving their learning experience and fostering independent skill-building. By creating a modern and intuitive platform, our team contributed to Telkom-ITDRI’s mission to support student excellence in Indonesia, ultimately achieving second place in the competition.
